Instructions for Registration

To register for the conference, please follow these instructions:

1. If you already have an ITS PaperCept PIN and password, you can use the same information to login and register.
2. If you do not have an ITS PaperCept PIN or have forgotten your password, follow the below link to request a new PIN or update your personal contact information: https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl
3. After signing in, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Register now” to start the registration process.
4. If you have already registered for the conference and need to print a receipt or confirmation email, click on your name in the menu bar (far right) and select “My transactions.”

Registration Fees

Note that IEEE ISI 2025 will be held exclusively in person: only in-person registrations are allowed.

The registration portal will be available soon, and the final paper submission deadline is 31 May 2025. The deadline for early-bird (i.e., Advanced) registration is 31 May 2025. All registrations between 1 June 2025 and the conference day are regular registrations (based on the following table in which all fees are in USD).

* IEEE Member and IEEE ITS Society Member: please enter your 8 digit membership number during the registration.

Conference Registration Policy

1. Each accepted paper (no matter if it will be presented at a regular or invited session) requires at least one full non-student registration for uploading the paper and having it included in the conference proceedings.
2. A full non-student registrationcovers only one accepted paper.
3. Additional papers by the same author also requirefull non-student registration.
4. All registration modes labeled as FULL include access to all the technical sessions of the conference.
5. “Full Registration” fees are all flat fee rates and includeregular sessions and plenary talks, reception and banquet.
6. The conference registration portal accepts payments made with major credit cards only. The registration period will be closed on July8th, 2025.
7. On-site registration will be possible with a supplementary fee of 20 USD.

Additional Fees

1. 100 USD per page (maximum of two pages beyond the nominal six-page limit). To pay for excess pages, you must first complete the final submission information about the paper in your author workspace, and then return to registration. Without that step, the excess page fee will not appear in your cart.
2. All registrations include Reception and banquet. Additional banquet ticket (for accompanying guests) cost: 100 USD.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please email IEEEISI2025@163.com stating the registrant’s name, the payment amount, and the reason for refund. There is a non-refundable service charge of 50 USD for processing refunds. After June 12, 2025, no refunds will be granted.
