Award Paper Selection Process:
Initial Candidate Selection by Program Chairs:
The Program Chairs select three award candidate papers based on the following criteria:
a) Exclusion Rule: Papers authored by or co-authored by the Conference General Chairs and Program Chairs are ineligible.
b) Merit-Based Selection: Candidates must have received top scores during the review process and demonstrate outstanding quality in technical contribution, innovation, and presentation.
Final Award Decision by Award Chairs:
From the three shortlisted candidates, the Award Chairs determine the recipients of:
Best Paper Award
Best Student Paper Award
Best Paper Honorable Mention Award
This two-tiered process ensures impartiality by separating the nomination and decision phases while maintaining rigorous standards for excellence.
